Returns & Exchanges

At TAFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade footwear. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original TAFT box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
